Welcome!

This Wilderness Charter School Blog has been created to provide a space for students to share their ideas, knowledge, concerns and hopes for sustainable foods and food systems in our world. Much of our resource use is tied to food production and consumption. Water, air, soil and biodiversity are all impacted by our food systems. The health of our environment and our food directly impact our own health and livelihood. For the sake of our well being into the future, it is imperative that we design methods of producing wholesome foods that don’t deplete earth’s resources or pollute the environment.

Please read, view, and enjoy the wide spectrum of topics presented here that relate to food and sustainability.
